Project Description:

IA presents a workplace study for the Commonwealth, showing how Homeworld could adapt to future workforce needs. Recognizing that the current infrastructure may not meet modern requirements, the study proposes targeted updates to make Homeworld an appealing workplace.

Key improvements include:

• A large 3,741 sqm floorplate, exceeding the Commonwealth’s 1,500 sqm preference.

• Modern sit-to-stand workstations to align with current and future requirements.

• Enhanced wet areas and a more attractive main entrance with better way-finding.

• Expanded End-of-trip facilities to support an inclusive environment.

The study also considers additional cosmetic upgrades.

IA aims to show that with these changes, Homeworld can effectively serve the evolving needs of the Commonwealth’s workforce.
